Hi, I’m Alexandria!
Going gluten-free changed my life—but I’ll be honest, it wasn’t always easy.
My Health Journey
For years, I felt like I was constantly trying to figure out what was going on with my health. I struggled with changes in my weight, eczema, stomach issues, bloating, fatigue, and other symptoms that left me searching for answers and wondering why I didn’t feel like myself.
Through that process, I learned how important it is to listen to your body, become your own advocate, and understand that health is rarely about finding one perfect solution. Instead, it’s about creating small, sustainable changes that support your body and your life.
One of the biggest turning points in my journey was discovering that gluten was something I needed to remove. I made the decision to go gluten-free before having a formal celiac blood test. Later, doctors found damage in my small intestine consistent with celiac disease, but because I had already removed gluten, my blood work could not provide a clear answer.
What I did know was this: navigating gluten-free living was overwhelming.
I had to learn how to read labels, make safer choices, navigate restaurants and social situations, and rebuild my relationship with food—all while wondering if I was doing it “right.”
And I quickly realized that going gluten-free is about so much more than just changing what you eat. It can affect how you grocery shop, travel, celebrate with family and friends, and move through everyday life. The constant mental load of thinking about food safety can feel exhausting, and it’s something many people silently carry.

Why I Became a Health Coach
Through my own journey, I realized that having information isn’t always enough. Knowing what to do and actually creating sustainable habits are two very different things.
That’s where health coaching became so meaningful to me.
My passion is helping people move from feeling overwhelmed and uncertain to feeling confident, capable, and supported. I believe health should feel empowering—not overwhelming—and that small, consistent changes often create the biggest impact.
That’s why I became a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach.
With a background in behavior science and health coaching, I help adults create simple, sustainable gluten-free habits that fit into real life. Together, we focus on building practical routines, increasing confidence around food choices, and creating a lifestyle that feels safe, manageable, and sustainable.
My goal is not perfection. It’s helping you feel confident navigating gluten-free living so you can spend less time worrying about food and more time enjoying your life.
Fun Facts About Me!
When I am not connecting with wonderful people on their health journeys or meeting with fellow coaches and partners to support one another – I enjoy hiking and taking long walks with my husband and our dog Luna. I like getting creative in the kitchen making new gluten-free and dairy-free recipes, curling up with a good book, and cherishing the time I get to spend with my friends and family.
