Hi, I’m Alexandria — a certified Health and Wellness Coach specializing in metabolic health. My journey into coaching began with my own personal health challenges, and that experience now drives my passion to help others reclaim their well-being.

For years, I considered myself a “healthy eater” and stayed active, but despite my efforts, I started gaining weight and experiencing a variety of troubling symptoms. No matter how well I ate or how often I exercised, things were getting worse — not better. Eventually, I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, which had led to Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), Candida Overgrowth, multiple vitamin deficiencies, high cholesterol, blood sugar imbalances, and hormonal issues. I also struggled with anxiety, depression, and an overwhelming sense of frustration.

Everything changed when I started working with a functional nutritionist. Through a personalized approach that honored my unique biology, I began to make targeted behavior changes — adjusting when and how I ate, integrating mindfulness, improving my sleep hygiene, modifying my workouts, and creating daily routines that truly supported my healing.

The results were transformative. I lost 40 pounds, reversed my high cholesterol and blood pressure, and brought both SIBO and Candida into remission. Even more importantly, I found joy in my body again — from feeling energized and strong to confidently fitting into jeans I hadn’t worn in years.
